Brighton Harbour Hotel & Spa

Exceptional

Liked: The Spa is amazing and the bar is a lovely space to enjoy a drink pre or post spa visit.

Could have been better

Liked: The spa is good. The bed is good but I've been to the hotel before the room is looking tired.
Disliked: The hotel needs a refresh and so no longer money for value.

Liked: The spa was very nice and staff was very nice too
Disliked: My room wasn’t clean very well. They had dust all around the window.

The location was great but...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Arrived at 3pm and the room wasn’t ready. Had to wait until 3.25. Also we booked courtyard view room and did not get this.

Perfectly fine but road noise

Liked: We had the deluxe room and it was perfectly nice. There was a moment where the toilet flushed indefinitely but after pressing the flush again it did stop and was fine after that
Disliked: The biggest thing to note is the location... Brighton for some reason has a very busy road right next to the beach and the hotels are all on the other side of that road. So during the daytime you will hear a mix of waves and traffic.

Absolutely fabulous hotel room, the...

Liked: Everything was perfect. The room the bathroom the herbal tea bags the biscuits everything. Although we didn’t ask for a sea view, we got one for free which was awesome, at night we did not hear a thing, the double glazing works wonders. Would highly recommend.
Disliked: The lift was tiny, but we walked up the stairs for exercise. The stairs was lovely and wide with great decor.

Liked: Spa is amazing, rooms fantastic (we got an upgrade) and brilliant for vegans. Couldn’t recommend more
