Avoid booking single rooms, and...

Liked: The location is great, very close to the beach and central location.
Disliked: I stayed in a single room with almost no ventilation, the double glazed external window was broken, the air-conditioning unit was out of order, and the only option provided was a small portable fan. On a warm, sunny day (as it was during my stay), the room was unbearably hot.I asked to be moved to another room, but was told this was not possible. At checkout, I raised the issue and was offered a refund. However, the refund could not be processed at the time, and I was asked to call later with my card details. I called three separate times and was reassured each time that the refund would be processed—but it never was. I also followed up by email, which has gone completely unanswered.This reflects very poor customer service. The hotel gave the impression that guest experience simply isn’t a priority. I travel frequently, and I’ve never encountered such unhelpful service before.Advice: Avoid booking single rooms, and don’t expect reliable customer service.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was lovely with a great view of the beach. The hotel was clean and our room was freshened every day. The breakfast was great with lots of choice and the banana bread was delicious.

Amazing hotel with spa right...

Liked: Everything was amazing! Lovely staff, very helpful and amazing people overall. The room was immaculate, and they surprised us for our 5th year anniversary. Lovely location as it is 10 mins away from the train station, and it is right by the pier - sea front! The rooms are very spacious, even for a standard and clean! Outlets everywhere - easy to spot, full body mirror, robes, and slippers. The spa was fabulous! I can recommend it again and again Will be coming back here for sure. It is worth the money
