Interesting, mixed and disrupted.

Liked: The staff were amazing, the view from the room was fantastic. The cushions, pillows on the bed were excellent. Bathroom and fridge were great as well.
Disliked: The noise of the bar over the road and having to change rooms and also sleep in another room. First room wasn't acceptable due to shower dripping, stain on the floor and fire door banging every time it was opened. On the last night had to sleep in another room from the room I was staying in. this was due to the noise from the bar over the road. So loud and I had a headache at 10:30... staff were amazing and allowed me to sleep in another room. not ideal, but better than ear plugs and not sleep.

Liked: The bar area was great as was the room
Disliked: It was expensive. Common areas a little tired. Reception was not that of a £420 a night hotel. Underwhelming! The worst thing was the extra charge to use the facilities. This is totally unexceptable. Either hide the cost in the room cost or don’t charge it at all. Terrible management idea!!
