Liked: The spa was very nice, even if a bit crowded. And the reception staff was very friendly
Disliked: The rooms a very small bit clean and comfortable

Very enjoyable stay, The Harbour...

Liked: Great location and the sea view room was very comfortable with good facilities. The spa / pools are a real treat. We would have liked to stay another night and will definitely return.
Disliked: The window blinds / slats in the room were broken.

Nice hotel; tiny room but...

Liked: The spa was very nice, lots of different areas. Quite busy but well laid out so secluded spaces; a swimming pool, hydro pool, two hot tubs, sauna, steam room and relaxation area. This is included if you book direct but through a booking site is an extra £10 per person.The staff were very friendly at reception both on arrival and check out. The bar drinks were not too pricey but that may be the location right by the Lanes and city centre with lots of other opportunities.The room decor was modern, bed comfortable, bathroom well done with nice shower.
Disliked: The room was tiny, literally a cupboard. It was called a single but there was a small wardrobe and a table right next to the bed on which three quarters of it was occupied by hospitality tray sundries. There was no air con.Noise at 6am from glass bottle bins being emptied; why at that time in the morning? It woke me up even with the window closed, if opened due to hear would have been a horrendous sound.
