Worst "hotel" ever

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: It took over 2 hours to get into the room. I was t told that you have to contact the reception by whatsapp. There's a sign inside the property that of course you can't access without a code that reception give you. The carpet all through the property was dirty, the room was a tiny box filled with beds, no tv. Hot water boiler behind a slatted door. Curtains weren't washed de enough to cover windows, curtain rail fixings hanging out of the wall by a prayer. Horribly noisy room. Nothing like the pictures on here. Never again. Currently working with booking.com for a refund

Disliked: I have never complained before about a hotel in my life. But this was so bad I believe that booking.com should personally investigate this hotel and remove it from your website. Firstly it is not properly advertised about the online check-in, which was a very big shock when I was trying to check and and having to go onto a link and put in my card details for a tax. This was very suspicious. Secondly when I got to the room it was nothing like the advertise pictures online. The bathroom was lacking in toilet paper and the dispenser in the shower had no soap in it. Also there was no lightbulb in the bathroom so I could not see in the night when I woke up to try and relieve myself. Lastly before I went to bed I plugged in my phone for charging, a feed seconds later the socket starts hissing and sparking I hat to remove it quickly. Never in my life have I been afraid to fall asleep in a hotel out of fear something would happen. I understand for Brighton it’s cheap I get that, but not to have a toilet paper or soap or even a lightbulb in the bathroom is ridiculous. I believe booking.com should investigate this hotel and remove it from your website. I

Disliked: room bad. No fresh air in room. No ventilator. No window can open. No light in bathroom. No TV remote control. Verylong winded online checkin. Confusing. Key code confusing. Payment confusing. Room key lock not working properly. no quick response to complaining. Should say room size before booking! Should say room on very to floor and possibly not good for OAP's or people with poor health. All in all a rip off.
