Disliked: The fact you don't talk a person on the phone. They do ask you for so much information, but they don't get back to you.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Dubious extra charge for something called card waiver. I have never experienced such a charge before and did not trust the reasoning behind it.

Never Again.! alienating, stark decor,...

Liked: Nothing! to like.the whole decor black, kettle didnt work, no TV remote control, filthy carpet extra payment after paying the fee for the room, so one is a captive audience, one call back from the owner before I got there, when I discovered that there was no reception.
Disliked: There was nothing to like, its an insult to anybody, £ 48 .00 in all, no potential for a tea or coffee, as the kettle didnt work, no remote control for TV..no call backs from the "concierge ", another unpleasant element I am not sure I can mention..It was a horrible experience all round

Not worth it, just save...

Liked: Privacy of own bathroom,
Disliked: Smelly dirty carpets, window wouldn't stay open, poor light in the bathroom (only motion activated tiny lights, no main light) and the mattress felt like hasn't been changed for 10 years, uncomfortable. No fan in the summer! Very stressing check-in experience! Remote receptionist wasn't helpful!

Disliked: Make sure you check in before 18.00. The staff charged me a £25 fee because I arrived after 18.00 to check in.
