Disliked: room bad. No fresh air in room. No ventilator. No window can open. No light in bathroom. No TV remote control. Verylong winded online checkin. Confusing. Key code confusing. Payment confusing. Room key lock not working properly. no quick response to complaining. Should say room size before booking! Should say room on very to floor and possibly not good for OAP's or people with poor health. All in all a rip off.

Disliked: Extremely overpriced for what was provided. Shower had one temperature, with no appropriate lighting or soap in dispenser. Very disappointing. Also filled with notices of potential charges ready to fine even the most unlucky of visitor.

Disliked: Everything. Smelt bad. Had to chase check in details to be sent. No curtains. No wifi, no loo roll, no bathroom light, dirty, bird poo on side. They dont answer when you call, dont reply to messages when there are comcerns. No tea and coffee making facilities. Broken window! Do not stay here
