Disliked: Arrived to be advised that they had overbooked and there was no room available. The only communication was over WhatsApp and was not sympathetic.

Liked: Location was alright. The cleaner was amazing and lovely. The people who own and run the place are crooks, stay away.
Disliked: I got locked out of my room at 1am and it took until 1pm the next day to get back into it. Worst experience of my life.

Disliked: Entry requirements, Having to pay an unadvertised deposit using QR scans and credit card details while standing on the doorstep and the payment site being unavailable for over an hour,

I wouldn’t stay again

Disliked: House opposite made me feel uncomfortable. It was clean . The shower didn’t work properly

Liked: I liked the location and thanks God there were working wc and shower (hot water too). Heating system was working also. Thank you
Disliked: Very dirty, I guess it was not tidied up at all before my arrival. There was something on bed like someone was laying down before. Windows were cleaned a hundred years ago. Tv was not working there wasn't even a remote control in the room. I saw that the recycle bin was used so the question is the room was cleaned before is still relevant. Staff was not very helpful and also they asked me to pay deposit the same day of my check in. FOR WHAT???:D for dirty, dark and broken room. Worst experience of booking :) cheers

Okay for the price, clean...

Liked: Good location, clean, good price. Self check in could should be straight forward if you follow the emailed instructions beforehand. I’d advise to pay the £3 deposit waiver instead of the full deposit as some have said it takes weeks to come back.
Disliked: We were given the wrong room type which took a few hours to sort, which meant we were running late to the event we took the trip to go to. I confirmed the room type with the hotel before getting my room key code. The lady on the phone became quite rude when I said if I had to stay in the wrong room type I would like a part refund, she started shouting and told us to leave immediately. I think she realised there was a mistake because only then did she ask my name and realise she had in fact put us in the wrong room and just told us to go downstairs to the correct room and sent the code - why this took two hours I have no idea!Some of the paint on the walls etc was a bit cracked and chipped. We were given coffee but no milk, no hand soap in bathroom. Radiators didn’t turn off so whilst the beds were fairly comfortable it was very hard to sleep in such a hot and stuff room. We couldn’t open the window as there was a pigeon that seemed to enjoy our windowsill and kept flapping at the closed curtain and made a lot of noise. There was a fan but it wasn’t the most powerful but it was there at least.
