Great value for money right...

Liked: Room was good, shower was huge, comfy bed, tea & coffee right outside so was OK for us.
Disliked: No air cond and no fan in room, usually not an issue in UK, but Saturday was hottest day of the year and as you couldn't open the windows due to the noisy bars below and across the road, was a slightly hot night. I did know about the noise but didn't expect it to go on until 6am, not the hotels fault but with that and the hot room was a night lacking in sleep!!

Liked: It’s a really nice hotel but the location is bad for noise. It was a hot night so at to open the balcony door and the club was playing music till 5:30am in the morning

Disappointed

Liked: Large lovely shower
Disliked: Bed uncomfortable could feel springs. Not particularly clean, inside windows dirty and a lot of dust on fixtures. I appreciate the location was very noisy but as the weather was hot i had to keep windows opens as no aircon. It said it has aircon on the booking.com icons. Noise was consequently very loud even with earplugs in. Also finally got to sleep and window cleaner gave me a small heart attack at 7.42am .Overall would not stay again. Much better hotels in Leeds

Bad

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Hotel is next to a all night venue , which has loud music going on till 3 am, impossible to sleep , had to close the window in a heatwaves , didn't make any difference , no fan in room , avoid if you want to sleep.

A fun and comfy hotel...

Liked: It was exactly where we wanted to stay in Leeds in a vibrant area for night life. The staff were really lovely. We met the manager, the person on reception in the morning and housekeeping staff. It's above a bar and near to the railway so you can hear music but earplugs are provided free in the room if you need them to sleep.
Disliked: Just a tiny thing, could have done with another bin in the room, perhaps in the bathroom.
