Liked: Balcony room was so lovely and plenty of afternoon sun to be able to sit out and enjoy in comfort. Fantastic decor of the room and bathroom and very comfortable.
Disliked: No fridge in room and no water bottles. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were really small and only one bottle of each. Really could have used more for 2 adults in the room

A beautiful hotel with excellent...

Liked: We booked the suite which was very well appointed. The quality of food in the restaurant was first class.
Disliked: The suite had a large bath, which we were aware of however no bath robes were provided and the bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked. There was also only street parking.

Liked: Stunning hotel. Staff were friendly, welcoming and very aproachable. Our room was spotless, very well decorated, and the view from our balcony was beautiful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Highly recommended.

Our stay was nothing short...

Liked: Lovely warm greeting from Claire on reception, who kindly showed us to our room whilst giving an overview to the hotel surroundings, to Garrie in the restaurant, whose service was first class to Neve on reception, who very kindly upgraded our room. Super friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, great restaurant & amazing grounds. Main courses & desserts on our first nights stay were delicious.
Disliked: Starters in the restaurant did not impress, frozen prawns, completely tasteless Marie Rose sauce. Dessert on the first night stay was superb & beautifully presented, had the same dessert on our second night stay which was served completely differently to our previous night, sponge was stone cold with none of the flare on the plate as previously served. It was, however, removed from the final bill. Did not enjoy the burger from the menu, stated with cheddar cheese, but served with melted mozzarella (flavourless) unpleasant tasting burger meat too.
