Liked: Spacious, clean, lovely furnishings in our room. Great walk in shower room. Comfy bed. Set in great countryside location convenient for Lincoln. Jane so helpful and quality breakfast too

Liked: Delicious breakfasts, delivered with a smile and a friendly chat every morning. Quiet, pretty courtyard.

Liked: Fantastic B&B with lots of attention to detail. Felt more like a home, rather than just a room. Jane was very welcoming. Ordering breakfast from the in-room ipad was a great touch, and when it came, it was great. The bed was very comfortable.

Liked: Absolutely delightful location, very quiet and secluded. Our room was beautifully decorated with lots of home comforts and much thought gone into our stay and experience.
