Disliked: They don't take cash we didn't think much of the dinner menu and breakfast was disorganised

Liked: Breafast was good, as was the evening meal we had in the bar, due to having a dog with us we coudnt go in the resturant but thats fine.
Disliked: Now this is the reason we will never stay there again, althought the bar and various lounge areas were nice and cosy we wanted to enjoy a drink in them, i bought a large wine and a pint of lager and was charged £25.50, i nearly fell off the bar stool. While i expected to pay a bit more than a pub but £25.50 for 2 drinks was extortionate. ruin my stay.

Superb

Liked: Very friendly personnel, accommodating - I arrived very late by bike and was still able to eat something and they even let me take my bike into my room because I was afraid it would get stolen.
Disliked: There was a lot of noise from neighbours

Liked: Just the location
Disliked: I was up on the top floor it was way to hot even though they provided a fan I think they need air conditioning throughout the hotel

Needs to provide Air-conditioning as...

Liked: Good breakfast variety of selection. Free parking on site without meter tracking.
Disliked: No AirCon! NO fridge! No microwave. No longer got the hot tub, it was removed said another guest, so did swimming and steam instead. Had to call helpdesk to our room to remove a giant garden spider 🕷 by the bath tub.
