Liked: Clean lobby. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Smoke alarm kept going off. There was an extremely loud noise that would kick on at 8pm and 6am every day lasting several minutes. We asked for new sheets and towels 3 times. Our stay was booked using booking.com and we tried to checkout early because we were fed up, and they said we couldn't because we would still be charged for the full week. So I told them fine, can we atleast get the towels and sheets.. only then did they come clean our room. We also found a bag of meth on the sidewalk right out front, there was literally tiles falling off of the walls in the bathroom, one of our lamps was going out and we went downstairs asking for someone to look at it, they literally handed us a lightbulb and said here you go! This was not worth the 600 I paid for the week. Wasn't even worth half of that. Trash all over the parking lot and bushes.. luckily we spent our days sightseeing, and didn't have to deal with it. AND the front desk didn't even know the password to the parental controls to the TV. Get it together Bridgeway.
