It was comfortable and convenient...

Liked: Location and cleanliness Convenient to town and staff was accommodating.
Disliked: Rooms were a bit small

Adequate

Liked: There was no breakfast offered except for coffee. Bare minimum. The location of the hotel was central and close to a lot of food places so breakfast wasn’t a hindrance. The sraff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Disliked: The bathroom shower was small for me.

Pathetic hotel operation

Liked: Good beds, everything else was sub-par.
Disliked: Microwave didn't work. Coffee service wasn't refreshed. Bathroom door wouldn't shut. Only one ice machine in the hotel, and it was not functioning. No ice in the whole hotel.

Pleasant

Liked: Very good shuttle service picked up from train, took us to an activity during our stay and to the airport to depart. Room had a window A/C, not a given in Alaska. Comfortable room, except for too soft mattress.
Disliked: Mattress was very very soft -- worse than any other hotel I have stayed in.
