Liked: Best location near to best restaurants in down. Very clean and fresh rooms. Very welcoming staff at the front desk.
Disliked: No water station to fill up my bottle.

Liked: Free shuttle from the train station. We liked that they had a lot of snacks in the lobby
Disliked: It would be good if they had free coffee in the lobby

Great location and comfortable hotel!

Liked: Location is perfect, right at downtown, everything is walking distance! Rooms were comfortable , great bed and clean bathrooms! Our room did have microwave and fridge. They also helped with our stuff being delivered to them before we arrived !
Disliked: Adding a Breakfast would be great!!

Good option for downtown with...

Liked: Room and bed/pillows were comfortable. Bathroom had walk-in shower which I like better than a tub/shower. View (West side) was very nice from the 5th floor (floors 3 & 4 are good, too but below that views are obstructed by a building). Not sure what the views to the East are like). Greatest assets of this property are location (easy to walk to points of interest/downtown area) and free shuttle (to airport, train station). BBQ restaurant (and other restaurants) nearby or within easy walking distance.
Disliked: A room on the 2nd floor (West side) or below does not have a good or obstructed view (had to ask to be put on 5th floor but they do not seem to like or be able to do that). Some reception staff was quite snippy which was not appreciated. Property does not offer ANY breakfast except coffee/hot water in the lobby. Hotel's parking area fills up fast - may not have parking there. Hotel had to use Spring Hill Hotel's shuttle service due to lack of a driver and that hotel did not provide a shuttle from the airport one time.

Disappointing

Disliked: The sheets could be thicker and warmer and shower is very small for an average sized adult. The walls are also extremely thin.
