Very good

Liked: I told them I was gonna do a late check in and late checkout. They're very accommodating. And Will (the staff that welcomed us) was also helping us carry our bag as well.
Disliked: I think the hotel didn't inform the cleaners that we're gonna do a late checkout. So she woke us up at 9.45 am and even after I told her that I am gonna do a late checkout at 12 and already told the hotel, she still knocks multiple times and the last time she said she's been waiting with an unpleasant expression, like it was our fault.. It was really uncomfortable for us because we're not well rested due to that. Oh and the reading lamp wasn't working as well. Kindly check that please thank you

Disliked: I had to ask to be moved as smoke alarm was in need of new battery and making strange noises. Also the doorknob very shaky on room door when moved. The bathroom and toilets need maintenance no toilet seat cover and pipes looking tired and a bit rusty.
