Disappointing - 2.0 out of 5

Unnecessary issues that could have...

Liked: Rooms were big enough for family.
Disliked: Not very clean. Couldn't turn fans on due to dust covering. Toilet was leaking in the bathroom so a lot of our clothes were soaked. We arrived at 6 and found out the pool closed at 8. Within an hour they closed the kid area because someone pooped in the pool. Nothing for the kids to do and as well as parents because they couldn't even sit next to us in the hot tub. The bar and food area were OUT of everything. The shower area was disgusting to go into and they were not busy at all to be that unclean. Our pullout beds were filthy with crumbs and other food/trash. Our beds were not made and made it very difficult to make on the top bunk for an elderly adult to make.

Very good

Disliked: We couldn't check in until 4pm and the pool closed at 8pm. Not very good value for our money. We only stayed there so the kids could swim. Who closes a hotel pool at 8 on a Saturday night?

Good

Liked: This is a great place to stay, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: We would have liked some sort of breakfast for what you pay to stay. Nicer hotels atleast offer breakfast. Also, the water park is nice but either needs more floats for people to use in the slides or have different ones for slides only. People tend to hoard the tubes in the lazy river. Two different sets would be nice and maybe set a time for only the guests at the hotel to use the park, like and hour or two before the public and use it.

Pleasant

Liked: I have a family of 4. I feel if we spend over $200 to stay at this hotel, we should atleast get enough passes for our family. Instead, thankfully my daughter was 2 yrs of age so we didn't have to pay for her. I, myself, didn't even touch the water yet had to pay a spectator fee to assure my own children's safety. I'm sorry but that is asinine! This would be the only reason we wouldn't stay again. Everything else was great but getting 2 free passes when we already paid over $200 to stay at the facility, isn't acceptable.
Disliked: Paying extra to use water park!SPECTATORS FEE IS A JOKE!

Nice hotel; fun Waterpark

Liked: The hotel was in a great location to everything else we wanted to do/see. The hotel itself was clean, the staff were friendly, and the Waterpark was a huge hit for my kids. The room amenities were just as described when booking.
Disliked: The Waterpark is open to the public as well as hotel guests. This caused it to be quote crowded on the 98 degree day when only the outdoor Waterpark was open.
