not the best time considering...

Liked: What breakfast?????
Disliked: If we knew that they weren't going to do anything to our room for the duration of our visit we may have tried to get a room elsewhere, we had to go and have them do something about our keys to get into the room on our last night because when we made it back to the hotel our keys wouldn't unlock our room door, don't know what happened from the time we left that morning until the time we came back......

Family week

Liked: Kids things to do all day.
Disliked: The beds are hard as a rock.

Nice but not worth the...

Liked: Great location, beautiful views...restaurants and pool on site
Disliked: Overpriced for the room we got. The bed was uncomfortable. The balcony was not clean and we paid extra for that.

Grandkids had fun at Waterpark.

Liked: The breakfast was good. Grandkids enjoyed water park.
Disliked: When in water park I slipped on one of the blue pads someone left out. Came down on knee. I could barely get up. When I went to the station, they offered me band aid. That would do nothing as I had a gash down knee and the rest of knee was scrapped. I asked if they had an ice pack and they said sure but, could not find one. They just stood and looked at me. I took grandkids back to room and got my own ice.

Bad

Disliked: My hotel room was supposed to be cancelled, as we stayed in a condo instead and I was still charged. After trying multiple times to contact management I was passed around and never contacted back about my refund.

We really enjoyed our stay....

Liked: Balcony off the room was nice to sit out later in the evening.
Disliked: The adult pool was too crowded and not enough chairs. Had to get water from a vending machine.
