There was power outage and...

Good location and free car...

Liked: Location was excellent parking was easy. Reception staff polite and efficient. Room was spacious , clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing due to limited items allowed off a menu. A small hot drink, a fruit juice and a main meal, was too large. Suggestion of you were allowed a certain value it would allow more flexibility of choice.

Would definitely stay again

Hotel exceeded my expectations

Liked: The staff were amazing, accommodating an early check in for us. The location was perfect. Close to the shops if we needed anything.Dinner was delicious.The breakfast was great with a wide variety of food to choose from. One of our party has a gluten intolerance and the staff were so accommodating with this, offering a gluten free option.
Disliked: Being cold weather, we didn’t use the pool, even though it was heated. A spa would have been fabulous.

Liked: Fantastic place to book a getaway great staff exceptional service great meals cold beer rooms were fantastic and a great view overlooking the river
Disliked: We had a minor blackout which resulted in the TV wasn't working properly by apart from that very good

Liked: Great accommodation right on the river Murray, very comfortable rooms with a gym & pool downstairs to stay active
