Liked: Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: mostly clean, bathroom was redone but there is room for improvement. Shower didn't have much pressure. No continental breakfast and pool didn't open until NOON the following day. Never even got to use it.

Liked: Friendly staff, amenities, location, waterpark was awesome along with the beach.. We had a great time and will definately stay again.
Disliked: That my grandkid lost his Nintendo switch

Fun place to stay

Liked: We loved that the water park was I side the hotel and that the staff is amazing.
Disliked: We didn't like that there were many updates that could be made that would make it a better stay, for example the pool are could be redone, the small children's pool needs a lot of repairs and a pair t job. There was a window missing and cardboard was put in place of the window. One day the kids pool area was super hot the next day. It was super cold. The lazy rivers water was clean one day and green the next. Also serving a continental breakfast again would be nice since the pandemic is over now. All in all its still a great place to stay, it would just be better if it was deep cleaned during the off season, painted and repairs made.

Disliked: I was put in a room in the first floor.., carpet was slacking wet you can even smell the mold in corners ( was thinking to call health department ) air was feeling right too much moisture ,, bathroom tiles sticky not clean

Disliked: There was animal hair and stains all over sheets and bedding. There was sand in the bathroom when we arrived. It smelled really bad in our room. The pool area was dirty. The lamps were broken. The ac didn’t work. It was hot in our room. The water slides didn’t work and hot tub was disgustingly with pasta noodles on the floor by it. There was wet toilet paper on floor all over for the bathroom by pool area. Nothing to clean out fire pits.

Very nice hotel

Liked: The location and facilities are very nice. I did not realize there was a water park there til we got there. Loved the beach area.
