Very good

Liked: The bed is the first hotel bed that has not hurt my back in the morning. It was super comfortable; I didn't think that was possible at hotels lol. Good view and loved that beach bon fires were an option.
Disliked: It would be nice to have a microwave in the room vs just the lobby.

Friendly staff

Liked: Restaurants were close and the ladies at the front desk were very friendly.
Disliked: It was very basic. Nothing particularly bad.

Bait and switch. The hotel...

Liked: Nothing. Avoid this place like the plague!!
Disliked: Everything was terrible. The bed was broken. The bathroom was dirty. The sheets were stained. The pool was closed for the season (despite me calling the day before to verify that it would be open).

Just as we remember

Liked: We stay here every year. Same as we remembered
Disliked: We enjoy the water park even though the kids are getting too big for it

Liked: Everything except beds.
Disliked: 2 queen mattresses were both like sleeping on rocks. Very,very uncomfortable. You need new mattresses.

Disliked: The door for the room did not have the lock plate in the door frame so there was a whole in the frame where the plate is supposed to be

Liked: Water park was good, room was good, staff were awesome
Disliked: Hotel is dated, could use some updates

Overpriced to say the least.

Liked: Location, close to town and right on the beach.
Disliked: Water park was very dirty, slides weren't working. Room cleaning was nonexistant.
