Okay for a one off...

Liked: The hotel restaurant was very nice.
Disliked: The house keeping wasn't very good especially when we personally asked for our room to be cleaned which was only once in six days. No replenishing of toilet rolls or towels and even the bed wasn't changed or even made.The cups were changed.

Very good

Liked: Superior room spacious with large bathroom. Good views. Comfortable bed.Very good food. Excellent choice of breakfast. Friendly helpful staff.
Disliked: Dinner tables too close so others conversations intrusive. Breakfast table by window much better. Didnt like not being able to call and speak with individual about the booking. (Confusion about meal booking time.) Piped music in lounge too loud.Didnt like that place unmanned before 2-3pm. Awkward when one is travelling.

Liked: Lovely location with a nice river walk just outside the entrance door. Easy access & parking. Nice choice of food & good quality.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Excellent stay after a day...

Liked: The beer garden is perfect in nice weather. Room was comfortable. Breakfast excellent and dinner very good too.
Disliked: I couldn’t plug my charger next to bed and hairdryer didn’t stretch as far as the mirror!

Nice but expensive

Liked: The location was great and the food good. The room was satisfactory but overlooked the beer garden which was not good for privacy when the garden was in use.The waiting staff were very kind, attentive and helpful, especially the Romanian couple working in the hotel.
Disliked: We were unaware we did not have breakfast included in the price of the room. We also had to pay quite a significant charge for our dog- more than we have ever paid before. This made the cost of the accomodation more expensive than we anticipated.
