Excellent hotel but should fix...

Liked: A beautiful hotel thoughtfully designed for a relaxing stay in one of the best neighborhoods in CDMX. Staff were friendly and helpful. And the restaurant and bar served great breakfasts and late night drinks.

Excellent service in a great...

Liked: The staff make this hotel an excellent place to stay. The rooms are small (beds are double rather than king) and lack outside windows ( which eliminates street noise). Breakfast was great, dinner was only OK. Very close to multiple high quality restaurants, vintage clothes shops and souvenir shops

Beautiful hotel but very noisy

Liked: The location is amazing and the staff is really one do a kind. The hotel is beautiful But I stayed in the deluxe room 105 facing the street but it was really impossible to sleep as it was really noisy ( and it was a Sunday !!) a few things didn’t work properly and I couldn’t even charge my phone for example….

Disappointing

Disliked: Not good value for money. Small rooms with no windows. Noisy AC.

A charming luxury boutique hotel...

Liked: Location is perfect for exploring Roma Norte. The top floor suite with a bath mezzanine was delightful. Bed was super-comfortable, shower had good pressure, bathroom amenities were sumptuous.
Disliked: By the third day, breakfast service was starting to unravel a bit (busy weekend?), housekeeping would sometimes be late in the day, common areas/hallways could use a good vacuum...
