Excellent stay, once again!

Liked: Second time here, this is a perfect stay. Metro/tram near and walking distance everywhere. Our room was totally quiet and air con working. Friendly staff at reception and cleaning.

Liked: We didn't see staff often, but when we did, they were pleasant and helpful. The nearby restaurants and cafes were excellent! While the hotel isn't located near the city center, it is a close walk with things to see and do along the way.
Disliked: The AC unit wasn't very strong, so an additional fan would have been beneficial. Also, the room layout wasn't convenient. For example, the outlets were behind the beds, making it difficult to reach and charge our phones at night. I had our "no cleaning" sign on our door for the first couple of days. When I removed it, I was hoping it would signal housekeeping to come freshen up our room, but we didn't see housekeeping stop by at all.

Definitely we coming next time...

Liked: Great location, main street, next to the city center, easy to reach from everywhere. Clear and professional communication, lovely room with a view.
Disliked: No disappointment at all, only positive experience.
