Liked: Very helpful & friendly staff. Fabulous location for navigating Banff. Cute decor & comfortable room. Nice breakfast room
Disliked: Breakfast offerings were fairly standard. Oatmeal was gummy. But nice space, very convenient

Amazing place. Very unique in...

Liked: Location is perfect as a starting point. Very close to shops, everything is walking distance…Breakfast is amazing for this size of hotel

Liked: Location, style of building, interesting history of the Brewster family, all the historical photos, front desk staff, the use of timber throughout the building - stunning! And not forgetting the Pendleton bed covers - magnificent!
Disliked: Breakfast nook was a bit hard to find at first and hard to find the lift

Pleasant stay in the centre...

Liked: The staff were very pleasant and the hotel was situated in a convenient location. It's quite a rabbit warren.
Disliked: Nothing really.
