Disliked: I didn’t like the drains smelling and being blocked!. The splatters of dirt up the walls and the plants everywhere. Bed wasn’t comfy and not enough pillows

Liked: Room was very clean and tidy staff were very helpful and friendly. Prices were good.
Disliked: Didn't have a meal in the restaurant due to alot of people especially youngsters being around. But no trouble and very nice.

A little disappointed only because...

Liked: In the area for one night because of work. Overall appearance of the room was pleasant. Looked to be fairly newly done out. Bed was clean and comfortable. The room was a little warm upon arrival but the radiator was easy to use and could be adjusted quickly. Water was lovely and warm in the shower. Food in the bar was really tasty
Disliked: The bottom tiles in the shower could do with a little TLC as could the shower door. This let down the overall appearance of an otherwise modern and stylish bathroom. My room was directly over the bar, which was extremely noisy, that's fine during opening hours however its not fine after hours. I could hear bar staff shout last orders around 10.30, music was still loud gone 11.30 and after customers left. It was eventually turned off after 12. I think staff were having a drink because the talking and laughing went on till 1am. I might have booked a room in a pub but didn't expect that after 12. The cat sitting on the shelf by the menus might put guests off too

Nice hotel will stay again.

Liked: Convenient location for us visiting family.
Disliked: We were in nice comfortable room no 104 immediately above the bar and as it was Easter Sunday it was noisy but quietened down at about 10.30. we took our own breakfast snack as hotel doesn't supply it.

Disliked: Would have liked the option of Breakfast. Cold Cereal/ toast would be adequate. No need for a cooked meal.
