Excellent value

Liked: Convenient for my workplace. Very comfortable, well-equipped room. I stay here several times a year.
Disliked: N/A - no breakfast but you know that upon booking and the price charged reflects this. Greggs is half a mile away!

Very good

Liked: The bed was very comfortable, the bed sheets were clean and crispy(well ironed and starched) I forgot my charger on checking out and they kept for me.I rang up and it was available when I came back to collect it the following day
Disliked: The chair was too hard, hence very uncomfortable for long sitting, the desk was too high while the chair was too low. The chair and desk set up is not ideal if you need to sit and do some work.The rooms are good for sleeping in and not for relaxing in.

The worst place I've ever...

Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: No food, bathroom was very dirty. drunk people bang on our room door late at night scaring my young child. Mold in bed rooms, plaster falling off the walls. You should advise that it's not a place that family's should stay!!!! My child was scare all night, due to the noisy , people banging on door and fire alarm going off in the night too. Never going back!! I want a refund.

Nice place but too loud

Liked: The view was beautiful and such a lovely place.
Disliked: It was a Saturday night. I expected it to be loud but there was screaming and shouting and extremely loud. Then staff shouting and laughing early hours of the morning wasn’t a nice wake up call. Didn’t sleep well at all.

Liked: Food was lovely
Disliked: Hairs in shower shower plug very dirty and smelt and all needs some tlc also could do with some hooks in bathroom or radiator for towels and to lower the mirror in bathroom, also move tele so its not in the wardrobe
