Liked: Location was great, easy to get to from Piccadilly station and into the city centre. Nice size room with lots of extras to purchase if wanted.
Disliked: Stayed 2 nights but room wasn't serviced - sign in bathroom stated that you got a beer token if you were staying more than 1 night and kept the same towels to save the planet….didn’t receive anything. The oat milk carton in the fridge had already been opened and when I picked it up it spilt all over the floor and inside the fridge. I asked at reception about getting some more fresh milk for the room for tea and coffee and they said no problem - when we came back before dinner we still didn’t have any so I asked again. Still didn’t get any. Told them at reception when checking out and they said they had been up and knocked and no one answered….we were out for the day and not sure why it wasn’t left in the fridge. Thought that the lights in the room should have been explained as you had to click them on and off to turn them on. We had to use the torch on the phone to figure it out as the room and hallway was so dark.

This hotel was one of...

Liked: I really enjoyed my stay. The food was good, and all the staff were wonderful, communicating kindly both in person and through messages. The hotel was peaceful despite its location on a busy street near Primark. I also appreciated the warm welcome with a complimentary drink.
Disliked: Dinner service had already finished when I arrived around 10:45 pm, which was a bit disappointing. Also, I was charged an extra £50 and I am not sure why.

Lovely friendly staff very helpful...

Liked: I loved how we got a free drink on arrival and a voucher for dinner , friendly staff took our bags to our room why we had our drinks , room quirky and lots drinks in mini bar
Disliked: Our view was of the back street and skips
