Very good

Liked: The location was excellent. I was looking for an isolated venue but this had isolation with a pub next door! Bonus!!Great location for running/walks.
Disliked: Balcony room. Boot cupboard needs a door on it or loosing any noise from the ground floor accommodation comes through. Also, bathroom extractor fan wasn't working.
