Disappointing

Liked: Staff was super friendly and helpful. Available 24hours a day and very quick to help. Beds were super protected and not bad to sleep on.
Disliked: The rooms need a lot of upkeep. Badly patched wall/ceilings, cracked sinks/bathtubs and the furniture was all battered and chipped. Door was not properly sealed so stuff blew in under door and carpet needed vacuuming bad. Worst was 2nd night came back and room smelt highly of marijuana

Disliked: Everything, the cockroach in the wall, no blanket, everything was old, falling appart and sticky, my room had a terrible smell of tobacco. Walls were disgusting. It was impossible to make the tv working. I was cold rhe whole night because there was no blanket only sheets and the disgusting bed cover.

I will not stay there...

Liked: The room was expensive, and disgusting, ppl were yelling all hours of the night, the lady told me it was non-smoking son as we walked in all you could smell was cigarette smoke, there were cigarette burns on the tub and counters, the fridge and microwave was absolutely gross, never again I prefer to sleep in my truck then to go through that again.
Disliked: The Gross room, the ppl yelling, everything was nasty

Worked for what we needed

Liked: We needed a room just for the night and this was close to where we needed to be. Checkin was fairly smooth.
Disliked: Booking reserved a king non smoking room but upon checking in she stated it was for a double smoking room (not sure where the mix up came in). Lady at desk allowed us to look at room before accepting so that was nice. Bathroom was dated but worked for our needs.
