Surgery recovery stay

Liked: Room and hotel were very clean and everywhere smelled great
Disliked: The coffee in the room tasted terrible and bathroom sink stopper didn't work.Being so close to cosmetic surgery centers they didn't have a wheel chair.i had to make wife sit in a luggage transport to take to our room after her surgery and she couldn't walk

Disappointing

Disliked: Unfriendly staff, dirty rooms. Moved 3 times before finding a cleanroom. Every time I was told it was the last room available in this hotel.They provide you with one bar of soap and one bottle of a 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner. Definitely not classy. Front desk workers are very unfriendly and uninviting. One attendant was more into whatever he was listening to than paying attention to guests.
