Disliked: the only problem in room 121, the power outlet for the blow dryer had no power

Disliked: Numerous electrical outlets and lamps didn't work, refrigerator was extremely loud to the point we had to unplug it to be able to sleep, hair dryer was broken, mold on bathroom ceiling, breakfast was horrible and consisted of nothing but ultra processed carbs.

Liked: Definitely not soundproof in the least bit, lights by bed had no bulbs, this place has definitely seen better days. There's more to critique but you'll have to see for yourself.

Liked: It was clean and had courteous staff. One staff member went out of her way for me.
Disliked: It was advertised as having an indoor pool, which was a main reason for my selection. The pool was not in service. We had to go to a recreation center and pay for pool use. The breakfast was disappointing. No protein was provided, except for milk. The coffee was lukewarm. Best part was the ability to make fresh waffles. And there were no napkins. Very few choices on the TV.
