very welcoming staff, conveniently located

Liked: Staff was above average, the rooms were ok in size, the hotel is conveniently located: close to the airport and downtown is easily reachable by bus.

Bonus was getting free access...

Liked: The food was delicious
Disliked: The stairs lol Im a smoker so i guess booking a room with a balcony, or down stairs would have been more convenient for me

Liked: Lovely warm and clean room, comfy bed. Helpful and friendly staff. Transport from airport to hotel very helpful.

Liked: Very comfortable bed, nice & warm when we arrived and great location.
Disliked: No lift to 2nd floor, really struggled getting my suitcase up & down the stairs!!Although the room was nice & clean, there was a baby cockroach on the bottom of the bed!We were staying as a family of 4 & only 1 complimentary biscuit.Good for a very brief 1 night stopover before early flight but could've done without the cockroach
