Liked: staff was nice and it was clean
Disliked: parking was faraway if you couldn?t park in the garage and it was like a maze to find the hotel. had no idea it was attached to a hospital. was not in the listing and was not as close to the French quarter as it made me believe in the listing. No help with baggage. had two small kids and it was tough.

Definitely a diamond of a...

Liked: Rooms were exactly as shown in photos. Really high ceiling in room made it feel so large. Pool and hot tub were clean and beautiful. Super quiet area located within a Healthcare campus. Great scent in the common areas. Front desk extremely helpful with smiles especially, Kimberly.
Disliked: Very confusing path for hotel guests from the parking deck into the hotel portion of the property. No drain plug in sink in bathroom. It was scary that you might lose something down the drain.
