Basically, the things that were wrong are easily fixed.

Liked: Friendly staff; allowed us to get in room early; easy access off interstate.
Disliked: Mold in corners of bath tile; WiFi not accessible; sheets old - would not stay on bed - corners came loose throughout the night.

Outstanding quality, comfort and location.

Liked: The property is in a nice location with a residential feeling. Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. A unique travel experience, and this would be our first choice next time we are in Louisville.
Disliked: Pool was closed, but this is no reflection on the propety or management. DCD guidelines must be obeyed.....

I doubt I will stay there again.

Liked: Location close to highway and several restaurants in the area.
Disliked: Had to change rooms first room musty stale scent and the TV was inoperable. I had to ASK to be moved. Second room, stained bed covers on one of the beds I was in town for a few days so housekeeping asked should she clean the room while I was away, I said "yes". She did NOT empty the trash, clean the coffee pot, leave or leave fresh coffee. Wifi was spotty and worked sporadically. Really disappointed because I have stayed at the Inn several times in the past and this was by far the worst in service and accommodations.

Quiet Neighborhood

Liked: It was a quiet location and we had no problems while we were there. We stayed three nights and were pleasantly surprised- room was clean, big, and comfortable. I dont think they had many guests staying while we were there. The bed was comfortable and there wasnt a ton of light coming into the room, so I was able to sleep. Very pet friendly with reasonable pet fee.
Disliked: The hotel is a little dated, but I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: The hotel was really clean,the staff was really friendly.
Disliked: Housekeeping came early both days we stayed,I didnt let them clean the room because we was still getting dressed,and also the pools was closed and thats one reason we have booked this hotel.
