Liked: Staff were amazing, very welcoming and responsive. Location and property surrounds very beautiful and refreshing and well maintained.
Disliked: Rooms just need a bit of an update, carpets stained, bathroom has mouldy tiles. Dusting was not done well, bedside tables and lamps were dusty. Fridge not working properly...collecting water at the bottom. Bed had mattress topper but felt quite old and not very comfortable.

Liked: The Chinese meal was very nice
Disliked: The carpet in room needed a good clean. Valance on bed was ripped . Laundry looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months . The door to go into the room complex had bird droppings everywhere

Liked: Room was clean and warm and adequately appointed.
Disliked: We arrived after dark, with a prearranged key pickup and it was dark and we could not see any clear signs for us to turn up the road into the resort. It is a bit of a rabbit warren but we finally found our way around to our room.
