Liked: On arrival for weekend, staff on duty were very helpful with parking and assisted with helping with luggage. No breakfast. Location had a bus lane outside the front door which we used, although we found public transport back and to elsewhere difficult to manoevre at times. It was in Sydney CBD.
Disliked: We didn't realize that although new & modern it was a windowless room (and hotel?).

My stay was pleasant and...

Liked: The rooms were quite neat and organized. The staff would often go above and beyond to assist customers. The lobby area was conducive for hangouts. The location is perfect as it is close to the Broadway Mall, restaurants and USyd.
Disliked: The only thing I would flag is for the staff to keep an eye on maintaining the cleanliness of the general washrooms and shared sink (Lobby) on the main level. Everything else was quite good.
