Can be better!

Disliked: I have travelled to many places and stayed in many hotels but there was never a place where i was asked to buy water for my stay. Which i never expected. I have read in books and watched in movies that water will become a expensive commodity in near future. But looks like we are there already by the looks of the service by this hotel.

Needs improvement

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Room was tidy and well presented. Wifi was adequate. It is close to broadway shopping centre. Bus stops close by.
Disliked: The room wasn’t serviced, not sure if I missed something in the fine print about this but we had two rooms, one wasn’t serviced over the 7 days we stayed. No simple bed turn down, no replacement of towels, cutlery etc. There were often bags of linen left for hours in the hallways. It was very noisy. Floors are in need of repair.

Liked: Location, next to Broadway Shopping Mall and bus stops, which is convenient when you need to travel to Bondi.
Disliked: N/A

Passable for one nights stay,...

Liked: Great location and friendly front desk.
Disliked: Tiny room, poorly cleaned, paper thin walls, not a smart tv, no window, nowhere to sit apart from the bed.

Disliked: Parking fees very high. Noisy vents made sleeping hard.

Disliked: Ac about 30 degrees all night with no temp control.
