Liked: Overall the Property is good however few things need to be address.
Disliked: I am writing to express my deep disappointment following our recent stay at BreakFree Aanuka Beach Resort – Cove Harbour. We checked in on Sunday, 29th June and checked out on Monday, 30th June. During our stay, we encountered a very concerning issue, we found a cockroach in the bed while we were sleeping. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel of your claimed four-star standard.This experience not only disturbed our sleep but also left us feeling very uncomfortable and unsafe in what should have been a clean and relaxing environment.We chose BreakFree expecting a high standard of cleanliness and service, but unfortunately, this experience fell far short. I request that you look into this matter seriously and provide an explanation for how such a lapse occurred, as well as what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen to future guests.

Perfect location and we loved...

Liked: We loved our stay we loved Beau and the lady at the Breakfast restaurant (sorry we didn’t get your name). Perfect location for a staycation. Food is really amazing. Loved the room.
Disliked: Cocktails expensive when Pina colada tasted like plain cream and couldn’t drink. Tennis rackets were a bit old and bent. We still enjoyed our stay though.
