Good stay

Liked: The pools and slides are nice, a lot of different options! The rooms are nice and spacious but the beds are kind of hard. Location is perfect close to almost everything.
Disliked: Trash everywhere by the pools, the staff never cleaned it all up, dirty towels always around. Always rough playing in the lazy river, couldn’t enjoy it. They seemed to be short staffed.

Disliked: Rude staff, dirty water, undersized rooms (Sailfish), no a/c in elevators, gaps under a doors, neighboring balconies directly outside all windows, a/c would not keep room under 75 degrees, advertised 530 sq ft room actually 425 sq ft, bathroom so small you could barely move, room does not accommodate 4 adults comfortably at all, 2-3 ppl max, music so loud you can’t relax from 9am-5pm, parking for one car only and the garage is crazy cramped and full capacity by 830pm (I have stayed here twice in the past and recommend the Paradise building if you must stay here, this will be our last stay here as it has been renovated but the comfortability has diminished tremendously over the last couple of years.

Good but not great

Liked: Pools and slides. The location was great I could park and walk to what I needed.
Disliked: My room was extremely hot, the door was hard to open and the balcony door wouldn't close. I thought I had a kitchen but I only had a sink and microwave.

Great views, great amenities.

Liked: Loved the beach access and pool selections. Can't ask for a better location or view (stayed in Sailfish).
Disliked: Staff wasn't the friendliest, with the exception of one poolside bar tender who was incredibly friendly and thoughtful leaving water out and encouraging everyone to hydrate. And the room bathroom was incredibly small for a family of 5.

Bad

Disliked: I found black mold in my shower . I let the front desk know and they said “ That was unfortunate and they would make note “ I did a google review and the hotel asked me to reach out. I have 3 times and they have done nothing ! They didn’t call back or even offer an apology. Will not be booking again which is sad because me and my family has stayed there for 4 years in a row .

We had so much fun...

Liked: Great location with beautiful views of the Atlantic and great spots to eat in a short walking distance.
Disliked: I really didn’t like the little sofa in the main living space because it was so small and uncomfortable and the little pillows and the sofa looked and felt dirty. The other furniture was fine. Also, no one actually cleans…they take the trash and provide lots of towels which was great. We didn’t mind because we were with our 3 kids and it was nice to not worry about the cleaning. If we’d been alone it would have been a bigger deal. Oh and the Wyndham people who pretended to be the concierge was pretty weird. They called us over after we checked in as if they had something for us and 30 minutes in we finally realized they were not part of the breakers hotel but we’re wanting us to come do some two hour lecture for some small discounts on tickets, etc. We just didn’t appreciate the lack of transparency.
