Hotel Description
Located on the Eastbourne seafront with views over the Pavillion Gardens and the beach Breakers Bed and Breakfast offers easy access to the town center and Eastbourne Pier a 10-minute walk away. All rooms are individually decorated and feature free WiFi a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. All double rooms have a small silent fridge. All rooms have an en suite shower room with complimentary toiletries. The smaller of our single rooms has private facilities with a separate private shower on the same landing. Our sea view rooms have balconies with seating. Breakfast made of locally sourced ingredients is served daily and it includes full English breakfast and buffet. Special dietary requirements are also catered for by prior arrangement. A sun lounge overlooking the seafront is also available to guests to enjoy. A variety of restaurants and bars can be found within 10 minutes' walk from the guest house. Breakers offers easy access to water sports such as sailing kayaking and windsurfing.

A perfect place to stay...

Liked: On arrival, Mark was very welcoming. The room was clean, tidy and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent and Mark was attentive at all times. Thank you Mark and Christine for making our stay so comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing.

Great value for money.

Liked: The selection for breakfast was excellent.The location ideal opposite the sea and a pleasant walk away from the town. A very pleasant restaurant and bar close by.
Disliked: Perhaps a full length mirror but that's being picky.
