Hotel Description
Located on the Eastbourne seafront with views over the Pavillion Gardens and the beach Breakers Bed and Breakfast offers easy access to the town center and Eastbourne Pier a 10-minute walk away. All rooms are individually decorated and feature free WiFi a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. All double rooms have a small silent fridge. All rooms have an en suite shower room with complimentary toiletries. The smaller of our single rooms has private facilities with a separate private shower on the same landing. Our sea view rooms have balconies with seating. Breakfast made of locally sourced ingredients is served daily and it includes full English breakfast and buffet. Special dietary requirements are also catered for by prior arrangement. A sun lounge overlooking the seafront is also available to guests to enjoy. A variety of restaurants and bars can be found within 10 minutes' walk from the guest house. Breakers offers easy access to water sports such as sailing kayaking and windsurfing.

Wonderful

Liked: Breakfast was spot on, room was spotless, balcony (although with traffic noise) was great, I couldn’t fault anything

Excellent stay

Liked: Excellent hosts. Room clean and tidy with minimal toiletries. Balcony view from 3 rd floor worth the bit extra. Bed comfy quilt luxurious if a little too warm. Shower a tad weak but adequate. Breakfast and morning service excellent
Disliked: No fault of the premises but local amenities a 10 to 15 minutes walk but plenty of restaurants and local bars in and around the town and beach front.

Breakers is professionally run yet...

Liked: Tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Professionally run. Mark is a perfect host. I stayed in single room 4 and was expecting a separate bathroom so I was delighted to find an en-suite loo and wash basin. The shower room is only a couple of doors down, was for my use only, and a bath robe was provided!
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like.
