Liked: Very good breakfast.Clean, bright and friendly
Disliked: Eastbourne parking for disabled.Areas on yellow lines not clear as ?worn out. Parking much clearer in Hastings Brighton etc. plus good and clear signs for public toilets with free parking outside

Absolutely amazing

Liked: I loved this place so much I don't want to review so I can easily get a room again, the host was well spoken well mannered and could not do enough.The breakfast was delicious, my only little gripe is that you're not allowed food ie take away there, which is unfortunate as the balcony is a perfect setting for an Al Fresco dining, but totally understandable as some people may have left rubbish in the past, but apart from that it was absolutely perfect my fiancee and I absolutely loved our weekend she had a perfect 50th so all in all this place deserves a cracking 12 out of 10
Disliked: The only thing that let's this place down like so many seaside towns is parking, but I was fortunate enough to find a space nice and close.

Very pleasant, clean B&B with...

Liked: Friendly host on arrival. Room & en-suite impeccably clean. Service at breakfast fast, efficient and friendly.
Disliked: A little bit of traffic noise at night as we were in a basement room on the front of the building.

Excellent comfortable stay

Liked: Lovely clean BnB with a excellent breakfast, not far from the town centre. And we had a room with a balcony and Seaview as a bonus.
Disliked: N/A

Liked: Breakers is very clean, comfortable and peaceful,the owners of lovely and attentive and is location allows you.to be right beside the beach and within walking distance of town. We wholeheartedly recommend it.
