Liked: Location was great, Haarlem is a beautiful place.Goodies in the hallway.High ceiling in room
Disliked: Limited floor space for open luggageToilet so high, feet could not touch the floorNo place to put toiletry items other than floor in shower and very limited space around hand basin.

Interesting hotel in historic building....

Liked: Spacious and comfortable rooms in a great location. Very nice staff. Lots of free beverages and snacks in the lobby and each floor.
Disliked: Rooms are a bit dated. Reception is not open at night. No breakfast except in your room.

this is an excellent alternative...

Liked: easy to reach by train and bus. staff was very helpful and accommodating. about €13 pp/day to take the trainback and forth between haarlem and amsterdam. centraal.

Liked: Staff was very kind and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and very well laid out. We would absolutely stay her again if we return to Haarlem.
