Liked: Everything was perfect, we loved it.

Liked: The staff are very friendly and helpful and the lobby area is nice. I didn't end up using the gym but the facilities seemed extensive in that area.There is a little area with a fireplace that some other people were using that looked delightful as well.
Disliked: Parking - If you're staying during the week be aware that the only free parking is out the front (seems about 10 spaces) and in the time I stayed I never saw any spots free.There is a public parking lot out the back that had plenty of space. It is free on weekends but paid during the week (2hr). Cleanliness -The rooms are clean in so much as there isn't any surface level dirt - but they are in need of a proper clean.For example the shower had visible mould and a number of a areas where paint was missing, or broken light switch covers hadn't been fixed. I think it's one thing for a place to be a bit older style wise, but another if you're not maintaining what you have. It does make me feel that the right amount of attention isn't being paid in that area. Overall -I picked Brassey as it's the most affordable in the area, however after this visit I think it's not value for money. I'd likely pay a little extra to stay somewhere else next time. Overall- Hopefully this review and the feedback I gave in person, will encourage the establishment to spend the funds on maintaining what they have, even if they aiming for a full renovation in the future.
