Great location and staff.

Liked: King room, the bed was so comfortable and the size of the room was great. Good size ensuite. Close to Parliament House and short drive to other Canberra attractions, War Memorial etc.
Disliked: We were down the far end of the wing, it took a long time for the hot water to reach the bedroom.

Liked: Staff excellent grounds lovely. And kitchen area very well equipped for a very light breakfast and snacks . Hot drinks available for free which worked very very well. Location matched our need as did the parking. A good stay and great price just a few things did not match my expectations.
Disliked: The room was not set up for the 3 rd person when we arrived. No bed or towels although arranged very quickly once we pointed this out. Trundle was very low and uncomfortable not really suitable for adult or certainly not appropriate for my pregnant daughter. The sitting area very small and given 3 adults were sharing the 3rd bed was a problem as it had to be placed in front of the door. Also from the photos I assumed restaurant was on site only a short walk but just not what I expected.,

Disliked: You must install an elevator. Carrying bags up narrow stairs is not acceptable for elderly persons.

Disliked: Shower was only just warm, fridge in the room was noisy at night. Pillow too thick.
