Branson Towers Hotel

Very nice stay. Great breakfast.

We probably will not stay there again just because they didn't have things you need - shampoo, trash can liners, garment bag for dirty clothes.

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: No shampoo; no trash can liners; no garment bag.

Liked: Pretty on the outside.
Disliked: Carpet in hallway and in the rooms are dirty and stained.

Liked: My husband can't walk too far and he would have had a Rough time getting to breakfast n coffee so I told the hotel and they moved us from the 3rd floor to the first floor. Very kind and accomodating
Disliked: Pool water was cold

Liked: Front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast had a good variety.
Disliked: When I tried to exit the elevator, the cleaning staff had me blocked in with their carts and instead of moving to let me through, they just kept talking to each other. One of the beds were sunk in and it had my back hurting. There was a pill on the chair by the desk that was left from the last guest that stayed in that room, I assume.
