Liked: The staff were very friendly and the room was very nice. Really liked the price and location.

Disappointing

I probably would not stay...

Liked: It was clean and had just been refurbished so it was nice and new looking.
Disliked: When I got up in the morning to take a shower I found that there was no hot water. Not even warm water. When I called the front desk to tell them that they said they knew and it would be reinstated soon. It was after 10:30 and check out was 11:00 and they did not say anything about extending my time to be able to wait for the hot water. And I asked about a credit for lack of hot water and they said they did not do that here. As far as I'm concerned if you cannot offer hot water you have saved money and you should give me the Savings in money and with a big apology. That did not happen here.

Liked: Booked a room with two full beds they gave us a room with one bed , the smell in the room was atrocious, everything was dirty , the bed full oh hair , absolutely horrible !!!!
Disliked: Everything … and we paid 180$ for one night !!!!
