Liked: Ther Hotel was beautiful. Staff were friendly Facilities were better than expected
Disliked: You should vet your entertainment better as people were leaving the bar because of the singer.

Liked: Location was good for what we needed. No elevator on the property but staff did ask if we needed help bringing bags to our room. Room was warm and windows were able to open but had no screens, luckily they included a little table top fan in the closet to use
Disliked: No elevator, no air conditioning, toilet had trouble flushing

Disliked: Room was too hot and limited controls on the radiators.We arrived 11.01pm and were told bar was closed (at 11pm!) and room service stopped at 9pm, stayed in many hotels over the years both for work and pleasure but this was a first for me, having travelled down from Dublin, we were told there was a vending machine we could get some food......We had to leave to get back to Dublin for our flight by 8am on the Saturday and were told breakfast was from 8am and no flexibility even thou we had paid for breakfast!Also Friday morning builder started banging outside our door at 8am!!!
