Liked: Swimming pool, spa and gym were excellent
Disliked: Earlier breakfast start would have been better. a 7am breakfast meant that I left later than I would prefer resulting in driving through heavy traffic.

Liked: Breakfast was lovely, not included in price, which I thought it was. Cost me £15 per person, additional £30 on my bill
Disliked: Facilities, couldn't get anything to eat after 9pm, no room service 4*** hotel. Suppose to be a pet hotel, I messaged them to say I was bringing my 2 CBRs which were being shown at Crufts the following day. No mention of additional cost for dogs. Charged me £25 per dog. £50 on top of bill.Very disappointed with cleanliness, Facilities, rooms were tired, chipped paint, mould in bathroom, definitely not 4**** accommodation. Put me in a double room even though I had booked twin beds, for me and the lady handling my dog at Crufts, had to back to reception show the receptionist my emai, then he muttered under his breath and put us in a twin room. Noisy hotel, woke up several times through the night by dogs barking, doors slamming, roudyness in the corridors.
