Liked: The place had been closed upon my arrival by the bailiffs with no notice of any kind to me after a 3 hr drive. Appalling service.
Disliked: Nothing nor the fact your website failed to pick this up. If I am charged for my room I will sue you and the hotel without hesitation.

Liked: Nothing - after driving to Brandon Hall Hotel, it was completely closed. I had to then find another hotel at much greater cost

Disliked: It was closed and had been for a week or so, so I had nowhere to stay!! The website did not say it was closed and the phone rang out! A security guard told me it was permenanetly closed

Liked: Nothing to like. We arrived to find the hotel had been closed down and placed into administration
