Liked: The area and the staff were very friendly
Disliked: The rooms are very dated. There was a funny smell and no body wash and pillows felt very flat

Disliked: Bed was advertised as large double but was a 4ft6inOutside entrance and car park needs tidying No restaurant facilities at the moment

Disliked: Staff was unavailable at checkout.The room was very dirty. The water kettle had a thick limescale on it. We didn't even try to use it. The window frame had insect all around. The carpet wasn't hoovered at all.

Liked: Polite lady on front desk
Disliked: Mouldy blinds in the bathroom. Rusty shower rail and shower. Stained shower curtain.No iron in room. Lights not working in our room.

Unfortunatley I won't stay there...

Disliked: The room needed maintenance. Headboard was hanging skew, there was a hole in the wall - punched? Stain on carpet next to bed. Vomit?
