Very good

Liked: Nice and warm. Basic kitchenette. Perfect for our needs.
Disliked: Noisy kids upstairs. Not Braemar's fault.

Beds were comfy and that's...

Liked: Location is good handy to the city.Cheap accommodation
Disliked: Hole place needed a tidy up dirty marks all over the wall.The timber at the bottom of shower looks like it's rotting away.Office was a shambles when i walked in tools laying on the floor.It was once a nice tidy place to stay now it just looks like it's there for emergency housing.
