Welcoming and cosy B&B

Liked: Lovely b&b. Host Brian was very welcoming and provided us with lots of tips where to go to explore the area. Room spacious and clean. A bit dated but for us it added to the character. There is a supermarket across the road handy for stocking up for picnic each day. It’s an easy 20 mins walk to town centre for restaurants and bars. Despite being on a main road the room was quiet.
Disliked: Only few small stuff. We lacked hangers for coats and shelves in the bathroom, very spacious room can be utilised better.

Would return for sure. Plenty...

Liked: Breakfast was great, more than enough for us but extra was given when requested. Everything was cooked fresh and Brian wss very helpful.
Disliked: I was happy with everything.

Liked: Spotless room, easy check in and good location. Also very good value. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: The bad weather on the day we checked in. That was all. But obviously that has nothing to do with Brae Mar.
