Liked: Always friendly staff, super clean, quiet (especially considering busy area). Well laid out rooms which make efficient use of space. Great location. Very good value.

Great place for a comfortable...

Liked: The front office staff were excellent - always pleasant, helpful and attentive to our needs. Shout out to Carrie and her team! The property is very conveniently located near nice eateries and shopping. The trams and train station are just a short walk away.

Comfortable, clean and convenient.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the huge tv had a chromecast which was great. The facilities were all new. The room was well cleaned prior to arrival. This is a great location, right near the tram lines and Melbourne Central.
Disliked: The shower pressure was quite weak. A hand towel in the bathroom would also be good.

Great hotel in middle of...

Liked: Close to everything Convenience Good Value Clean Lifts work fast
Disliked: Reception area isn’t set up for welcoming people coming and going - coming into hotel and exiting, one is confronted with staff hidden behind large computer monitors. Felt a bit cold and impersonal. It’s nice to see front of staff and give and receive greetings when coming and going - a basic hotel warm smile welcome is always a must. Perhaps need to change that area up a bit to delivery more on the hospitality front.House keeping was a little lacking with carpet floors not really being cleaned as needed and perhaps housekeeping could learn how to make a bed a bit better- sometimes it’s the small details that make a difference between an ok hotel and a great one Other than that pretty good

Liked: We have stayed here a few times now. Rooms are small, but well equipped. Great decor, quiet and fantastic location.
