Passable but won't be staying...

Liked: The location was good for access to everything we needed which was nice.Also the ability to get a cheaper park for the day was helpful.
Disliked: The room had a weird smell first thing when walking in. A mix of perfume and deodorant or something.The floors where the carpet was had stains everywhere, the tiles sections you can tell the grout was dirty which then questioned how clean the tiles are overall.The bed was clean and had fresh sheets but it's almost like that was all that was done between visits.

Central location and perfect for...

Liked: The location is excellent, being on Hardware Lane, in the CBD and walking distance to trams and buses, cafes, restaurants, shops and Bourke St. Mall. While it has a central location, the room was quiet. The apartment was immaculately clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient.
Disliked: Guest laundry upstairs, when the room was fitted for a washer and dryer. But that is a first world problem.

Disliked: The propperty would have rated a ten if it had a pool. We were there on a very hot September week and a pool would have been great.
