Superb

Overall a lovely apartment, great...

Liked: Location was perfect for us, as was having two bathrooms for two bedrooms. Ability to self cater much appreciated. Staff were absolutely lovely, a really genuine feeling about the place.
Disliked: Noisy. Not bothered by the city sounds, but there was a mechanical fan or something similar making noise outside our room constantly. Meant that we couldn’t open the balcony door if we wanted to be able to talk or watch TV, and I needed my earplugs to sleep. This was sadly also a problem as there was no airflow within the apartment (and the large bedroom didn’t have a window that could be opened, just a locked door), and with balcony door and 2nd bedroom window closed, we had to run the aircon all night or overheat. Between the heat and the noise I unfortunately didn’t get a single night of uninterrupted sleep.

Disliked: The room, especially the carpet, was filthy, with what looked like dog urine and dog vomit that hadn’t been cleaned. The couch was stained. The bedroom is so small you couldn’t close the door. The hallways were filthy and smelly. Lamps didn’t have working globes.

Disliked: Very small windows, no view. Felt claustrophobic in the room because of that. Didn’t like to stay there very long.Room was double booked. Someone entered our room. No latch on the door. Felt unsafe in the room.

Value for money, great location

Liked: The room was clean and enough space for 4 people. The kitchenware was good and housekeeping came in eveyday to do light cleaning (changing towels and refill shampoo/soap). The location was great but you have to walk around 7 min to tram station.

Disappointing

Disliked: We were tired when we arrived in the middle of the night, but due to a mistake by the front desk staff who gave us the wrong key, when we opened the room we found that there were residents inside and they were resting. It was quite bad, and the service attitude of the service staff afterwards was very average, and there was no apology.
