Short stay.. wish we could...

Liked: Short drive to town, lovely outlook from the studio rooms. Bed was comfortable and the room had everything we wanted. The breakfast supplies were good. The bathroom: I loved the heated floor and towel rail. The fan heater was a very welcomed surprise and the shower was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing.

Was nice and quiet. Not...

Liked: The cottage was lovely.Was having a good range of utensils and kitchen equipment to be able to cook and enjoy.Loved the fireplace! Definitely a bonus.The beds were really comfy too.
Disliked: The “continental breakfast” wasn’t quite continental.Only a couple of small bottles of milk, a bottle of apple juice, some eggs, some spreads (butter, jams, honey and marmite), some infusions (coffee, teas, chocolate powder), store bought muesli and corn flaxes and some slices of bread.For the price per night, we were definitely expecting something else.Also, the fact that we had to call reception to ask for top up, was a bit annoying.The tv only had free channels, which again is quite upsetting for the price.Having kids, I wouldn’t really recommend to stay at this place for more than one night as it doesn’t have any facilities (games, playgrounds, pools for kids) for them, and also it was quiet hard to find something to watch on the tv for them.Maybe it would suit teenagers better.

Restful and rejuvenating.

Disliked: For the price you should be able to access Sky Sport.

Still pleasant but not as...

Liked: The location and the beds
Disliked: I have stayed here a number of times over many years. I think it's now looking tired and needs some urgent TLC in the bathrooms.Attention to detail with paintwork.Frozen bread just isn't the same vibe as the crusty fresh loaf from years ago.

Liked: The breakfast was great enjoyed it all, made for a great start to the day.
Disliked: There was nothing that I didn't like.

Amazing holiday, feel privileged to...

Liked: Properly gorgeous
Disliked: Really disappointed in the glassware, considering we were surrounded by vineyards and would be dei king beautiful wines.

It was a very pleasant...

Liked: It was very quiet and dark at night ( no streetlights for example).
Disliked: Having the shower over the bath can be a challenge for some, it was for us as retirees.

Peaceful retreat

Liked: Very peaceful environment staff amazing and comfy bed
Disliked: Maybe more cutlery and extra large plate. Studio is for two ppl so only 2 of each cutlery and dinner ware. We took crackers cheeses cold meats and salad could of done with another plate. Had a friend drop in for coffee only two of the three of us at a time could have a drink.
