Liked: Lodge, location was lovely. Great for walk.
Disliked: A member of staff on reception really lets you down. Not professional.Apart from that, everything else was great it just left an impact on holiday.

Exceptional

Disliked: Some of the furniture was a bit damaged and there were a few signs of wear and tear on the walls and flooring.

Good

Liked: The location quiet and close the louth. Lodges were wonderful everything you need.
Disliked: The receptionist with blonde hair was very unwelcoming, cold and frosty if asking for advise or questions. It really let down our stay.

Shory break

Liked: Lovely lodges, due to an issue we stayed in 2 lodges. Booth clean and well equippedStaff responded to the issue we had very quickly and and it was remedied asap.Will be beautiful when more mature greenery is established
Disliked: Comfort lodge could do with a few finishing touches, cushions, a light in the main room. Not a dislike just an observation

Perfect, exceeded expectations, will definitely...

Liked: Super place to stay, perfect accommodation and the staff, reception and restaurant, were friendly, attentive, and most of all, welcoming.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Cosy and peaceful, great value...

Liked: Peaceful location, out of the way but close enough to local attractions. Close to petrol stations, supermarkets and food outlets. The food from the restaurant was fantastic. We didn’t dine in and took the food away back to our lodge, the food remained hot and tasty. Perfect portions sizes and great value for money. Clean and tidy, comfortable beds and a cosy setting.
Disliked: Bathroom had a bad smell, assume this may be due to the waste systems but we had to keep the bathroom door closed as well as the door to the living area closed. We only used the en-suite bathroom so really not sure what the smell was or where it was coming from. Property provided coffee and sugar and milk for your morning coffee, would suggest 1 or 2 bottles of water being available also. We wasn’t prepared enough and forgot to buy water before settling for the evening, the tap water isn’t pleasant to drink.
