Liked: The lodge is an easy walk to everything in Blowing Rock. It is pet friendly with a small deposit. Plenty of grass to walk the dog. It was our second stay there. Great eater pressure in the shower. Quiet.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable, room was spacious.
Disliked: Not enough lighting, should have light in ceiling fan, shower really small.

I felt the room was...

Liked: It was located in a nice area and close to the vent we were going to.
Disliked: It was very dated. It could have been a lot cleaner. The baseboards in the bathroom were quite dusty/dirty.

Liked: Close to town. Quant cottage style mountain look. Rocking chairs on the front porch.

Disliked: I was there on business and was meeting with a customer and because I did not want my wife to have to sit and wait in a less than comfortable area ;I sent her to go ahead and check in so she would be more comfortable and then she could come back and pick me up when I finished. She tried to check in but the lady would not allow her to because she was not me even though she had the same last name and was in her 60's and was obviously not trying to scam them.the was prepaiwid so I dont understand why.
